Cancellation Policy

We strongly encourage you purchase the available Travel Insurance along with your reservation. If you opt out of the Travel Insurance we have a minimum 45 days notice required for 90% refund (full refund less 10% processing fee). If cancellation is less than 45 days before Check-in, Owner will make attempt to re-book. If reservation is re-booked at same rate or better, refund of 90% of funds paid.
